Tourist Visa? Can i get married overseas?

So i have been with my fiance now for almost 5 years we are planning on getting married this coming year and want to know what is the best way to bring her to the United States legally. She has a Tourist visa and visits me about once a year and i fly out to her country several times a year.We plan on having a church wedding in her country then coming to the United States and petitioning for her here. Can we do this or will we be breaking the law?

Where is the best place for a family vacation?

I know this seems like it is in the wrong category, but I need help. I don't want to go anywhere. Sounds awful, close minded, boring etc. HOWEVER my family does not share my affinity for home and wants to go on a real vacation this year. Staying home is not an option. Remembering my youth (which was, honestly, spent not going anywhere) and not wanting to make them miserable, I need to find out where to go. It needs to be someplace (in the continental United States) that is NOT a tourist trap, or bogged down with pop culture and fake mass marketed media versions of "fun" that require you to be intoxicated to "enjoy" them with your family. (I've been to Disney.) It needs to be an opportunity for everyone to experience something enjoyable together (with a change of scenery), not demand any skills that I don't have ("required reading" is fine though, and I appreciate book suggestions), be kid friendly (ages 3-10) and last a week. Do you have any suggestions?

Young cat just had kittens, now acting funny?

My friends 8 month old cat recently had kittens. Ever since she gave birth to the kittens she's been acting very strange. She wouldn't eat, her coat was losing color, and she had trouble walking. After noticing this, we took the kittens away because I figured the kittens were sucking all the life out of her. I also searched the internet to find out if there were any possible diseases she could have, and the first thing I looked up was leukemia. She had quite a few of those symptoms. However, ever since we've been caring for the kittens, she's been eating and her coats gotten color and she's walking better, still wobbly as if there's something wrong with her back legs, but better. Do you think leukemia is the culprit, or simply having kittens so young put a toll on her? any thoughts and advice would be GREAT!!! thanks :)

What happens if I marry an illegal alien?

I got my girlfriend pregnant more than a year ago. I found out shortly after that she was an illegal alien. She came to this country (USA) legally on a tourist visa, but overstayed by several years and has since been working in the US even though it is illegal for her to do so( which is where we met). We now have a daughter and are considering wether to get married or to go our seperate ways, which for her means returning to Mexico. My question is, if we did get married, what would the process be to make her a legal citizen, and if that isn't possible, what are the repurcusions of marrying an illegal alien?

My dog is wobbly and has weak back legs?

My dog is 6 years old and his back legs seemed to be weak so i took him to the vet and have him on a supplement for it, that was a few mths ago but tonight after his run his back legs started to go from under him and his paced around in circles, seemed wobbly too. Im really worried now as there is no vet around till monday. What could be wrong with him, all advice appreciated and if anyone has had this happen their dog before PLEASE let me know what you did. Also we got a pet rabbit last week could he have picked up something off him, dog has all hisvaccinationss???
