I had an argument with someone 2 weeks ago and now I think I might be getting sued?

If you have recounted accurately the gist of your conversation, there was no slander. Name-calling is not illegal. I would ignore it until you are actually served legal papers, then just turn it over to your father's attorneys to handle (he obviously must have some good ones on retainer, based on your description of your family wealth).
