So i have been with my fiance now for almost 5 years we are planning on getting married this coming year and want to know what is the best way to bring her to the United States legally. She has a Tourist visa and visits me about once a year and i fly out to her country several times a year.We plan on having a church wedding in her country then coming to the United States and petitioning for her here. Can we do this or will we be breaking the law?

Where is the best place for a family vacation?

I know this seems like it is in the wrong category, but I need help. I don't want to go anywhere. Sounds awful, close minded, boring etc. HOWEVER my family does not share my affinity for home and wants to go on a real vacation this year. Staying home is not an option. Young cat just had kittens, now acting funny?

My friends 8 month old cat recently had kittens. Ever since she gave birth to the kittens she's been acting very strange. She wouldn't eat, her coat was losing color, and she had trouble walking. After noticing this, we took the kittens away because I figured the kittens were sucking all the life out of her. I also searched the internet to find out if there were any possible diseases she could have, and the first thing I looked up was leukemia. She had quite a few of those symptoms. However, ever since we've been caring for the kittens, she's been eating and her coats gotten color and she's walking better, still wobbly as if there's something wrong with her back legs, but better. Do you think leukemia is the culprit, or simply having kittens so young put a toll on her? any thoughts and advice would be GREAT!!! thanks :)

Should I exchange my blackberry for the second time?

I purchased a blackberry curve 8520 on contract from the Carphone warehouse about 3 weeks ago and I had to exchange the phone because the screen was faulty. Why am I not growing?

I've been to the hospital alot of time's complaining about movement in my upper spine, near the c parts... Ive told them i felt movement and they still keep turning down.. I was admited to the hospital.. and they did a xray and mris, and fluid test and b12, and they said everything came bck normal but my syptoms keep getting worse. I keep on getting blurred vision, heavy leg's, tingling, numbness, in face, arms and leg's.. I can't litteraly feel my arm's without touching them, they feel very weak and light and wobbly and the feeling doesnt go away... what should i do :( i know it's to late just pray for me....

However, you could file it in Naha and bring her on a later flight once it's been approved and she's had her immigrant visa issued. I don't think there's anyway you can tell the interviewing officer the truth about your plans and get her a tourist visa. she's clearly an intending immigrant and doesn't plan to come back. You can file in the US, but it will take much longer to process that way than she's currently got before she can no longer fly.

HELP PLEASE NEED ADVICE?

Ok it sounds bad but you have to understand the back story. I work for a very small business in a tourist town only 3 employees and a boss. So for the last like 2 years one employee and the boss who also happens to be my uncle have been taking advantage of how nice i am and always ask me to work for them so they can go hang out with friends or go shopping. Well the employee says he cant work. And my boss/uncle already asked me to come in way early yesterday again so he could hang out with his friends today....so what do I do? Access to dharamsala?

There are two ways you can from New Delhi to Dharamsala. You can catch a bus up to Chandigarh. And from there you would get a another bus. Or you can go all the way to Simla and from there get a bus. It's a long journey and I would suggest you to take the route from Simla. Chandigarh is a small city and being a tourist you'd be much better in a place like Simla than Chandigarh. The buses are the state owned buses. They are dirty and at times can get a bit too crammy but they are fairly reasonable and serve the purpose. Enjoy.

i think nude would be best, all that black is not very stylish. If you can find some nude tights that have a little shimmer, it will actually look very nice. hair and make up sound good. Belgian hare with a bad back?

Does my Pygmy Hedgehog have Wobbly Hedgehog symptoms?

I have a 5 month old African Pygmy male Hedgehog. He was in his snuggle bag and I wanted him to go in his running ball because he hasn't for a few days now. He had to be tipped gently out the bag, even though he was clinging into it, he eventually came out. After that, he didn't move. I think I annoyed him (LOL), then he saw the running ball and climbed in it but when I put the ball on the bedroom floor, he wouldn't move atall. His quills were sticking up a little, too. He was pretty grouchy. After a few minutes, I put him back in his cage, he drank and ate then I filled his food tray up and put the lights off. He was still spiked up...and before crawling into his tunnel, he looked a little "drunk" as they say. Is it because he's cold? Apparently, they make drunk movements when they're cold. Our house doesn't have heating at the moment, but this is only for tonight. I put two shirts over his cage to prevent a draft. He eventually crawled into his tunnel then curled up into a ball after making some odd, quiet sounds here and there. After a few more minutes, he uncurled and crawled around his cage again... I'm not sure if he was walking normally because when he went on his running wheel, he didn't put a lot of effort into it at the beginning, then he walked around his cage again. He's gone back into his snuggle bag now, so I think he's warm. Are these signs of him being cold/moody/needing space/Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome? Will he be okay?

Hello, I am a computer rep at Best and I often have to deal with hundreds of tourist that I can't communicate with. This upcoming Wednesday, Best Buy will be receiving usual amounts of tourist particularly Brazilians. Literally dozens of buses will line up and my concern is communication... What can I do to communicate with all these tourist without being overwhelmed by frustration... Now, I can speak Spanish well, but not 100% fluently, so that puts me slightly at ease since Spanish is similar to Portuguese. But I have received customers in the past that know nothing of English nor Spanish... How can I offer everything and close a sale without frustrating myself of the customer...? Make it sort of thick, so eating it will not be hard for her. Make sure the chicken pieces are small enough for her to eat. I use that for my dogs when they are not feeling up to par. Maybe a can/box of chicken broth would be also good with the rice and chicken. Boiling the raw chicken in the broth/rice mix holds the value of the chicken in the soup/food. It is easy on her tummy, and gives her much needed nutrition. Ask your vet--I'm pretty sure this will be very good for her! It will also insulate her tummy from the antibiotics. It is good nutrition and easy on a small stomach!

IMPORTANT Medical Help!?

So 2 days ago I was doing the dishes and I started to feel really light headed, my eyes rolled back slightly and I felt like i was gonna fall backwards. I grabbed onto the counter top and tried holding myself up. I started to shake and my legs were really wobbly like they were giving out. I had to really hold on to the counter to prevent from falling. The shaking lasted only about 20 30 seconds, then slowed and stopped. For the rest of the day I was okay other then feeling a little tinny bit dizzy and a horrible headache. I went to the doctor but they didnt bother running tests and just sent me away. This is the third time its happened in the past I think 9 months. Please if you have any ideas as to what it is please let me know. The doctors said that i guess what I had was an attack that was between a seizure and fainting but other then that he was no help!

How did my optician screw up my prescription?

Puppy (beagle) is throwing up and sick?

I have a 5 month old beagle who was rushed to the emergency vet about a month ago. The emergency vet took xrays and did a fecal sample on her for parvo. The parvo came back negative and the xrays showed inflamed intestines. I go home with flagyl and a week later shes still sleeping and diarrhea, the vomiting had not started then. So I made an appointment with my regular vet who said continue with the flagyl but I also told my vet when I lift my puppy up she grunts like it hurts her. The vet checked her out by pushing up and down her spine. She said she feels I am dealing with two issues (the inflamed intestines from me switching food too often) and also a possible bulging disk which is common in beagle breeds. She sent me home with rimadyl and as soon as I walked in the door, my puppy was acting better from the rymadly. Well we are almost 3 weeks into the rimadyl and she has no more left for the past 3 days. She doesnt want to move and when she does she can SOMETIMES be wobbly and/or her legs shake. WHen I get her to walk she does ok. Today she did not want to eat. I mixed in yogurt and she ate it fine but now is throwing up. She is drinking fluids and going to the bathroom. I called the vet earlier who said we will put her oon the rimadyl for one more week and if she doesnt get better she wants to see her again. Heres the problem: Im unemployed, there is nothing Ive found in my area that helps with cost (Buffalo, Ny) and Ive already spent $800 in vet bills. Is it possible that a dog can get sick from not being on her meds anymore? Im worried all these vets are giving me wrong diagnoses and I really cant keep paying for all of this.

I have a Long sword and I want to sharpen and clean it.?

I think it is a long sword. I am 5ft tall and the sword is almost as tall as me standing up. I think it is 4'11. I bought it in a yard sell. I bought two swords. One I know is one handed and then this one is a lot bigger. I think a long sword or maybe a 2H I am not sure. When I smell it (sounds weird I know) It doesn't smell like iron. So I guess it is some kind of steel, The blade looks clean and I can tell it has been sharpened and dulled again. I also can see where it has met with another sword. The handle is a little wobbly and you turn it a little not a lot though. I got both of them for $40 (After talking him down the damn price) and He said he used both in war when he was over seas. I got it into my head that to survive socially in the large school environment was to keep my head down and become invisable - thus becoming a different person, a quiet meek person. It began to form my perminent personality. I've never been the same since but I am at college now and with lovely people that I don't have to be scared of. Did my dog have a seizure?

This morning I was sitting on my couch and my dog was on the floor in his little bed (he's a toy poodle). All of a sudden he steps out of his bed and starts to tremble and wobble as he tries to walk. Also, he pulled his front paws in toward his body and kept them there. I picked him up because he came over to me like "help me mommy" but he couldn't jump on the couch. I held him and he trembled. I put him down to see if he could walk, but he was very wobbly on his feet. Whenever he sees me put on my shoes he thinks it's time for a walk, and when he saw me put on my flip flops, he got excited and seemed to go right back to normal. I watched him walk around the house and he seemed fine. We went for our morning walk and he was perfectly normal. What do you think happened to him? My only guess is a seizure. Looking for direction for a 6 month tourist visa to the USA..?

.. even though I live in a country that is covered by a 90 day waiver tourist visa, I cannot apply for an extended stay for another 90 days on this visa. What and where is the visa form I do need to fill in for a total of a 6 month/180 day stay? I do not need a work visa at this time as I have funds to cover a 6 month stay. Permanent wires on my top and bottom teeth after braces?

I have recently had my braces off and have had wires put on behind both my top and bottom teeth to stop them from moving. However, the wire on my top teeth split in half and I have had to have it re-glued on. After I left the dentist from having the wire re-glued I have eaten and when I eat and bite down the wire on my top teeth feels like it is moving upwards and feeling wobbly, like it is coming off. Make it sort of thick, so eating it will not be hard for her. Make sure the chicken pieces are small enough for her to eat. I use that for my dogs when they are not feeling up to par. Maybe a can/box of chicken broth would be also good with the rice and chicken. Boiling the raw chicken in the broth/rice mix holds the value of the chicken in the soup/food. It is easy on her tummy, and gives her much needed nutrition. Ask your vet--I'm pretty sure this will be very good for her! It will also insulate her tummy from the antibiotics. It is good nutrition and easy on a small stomach!

Puppy with Pneumonia loss of strength in hind legs?

I recently adopted a Chihuahua/English Bull dog mix. The rescue group thinks she is about 15 weeks. They believed she had Kennel Cough that my personal vet said was actually Pneumonia. She was seen on Wednesday for the Pneumonia, given fluids and two antibiotics. That same day we noticed she seemed wobbly when she walked but thought it might just be that she was week from not eating very much. The antibiotics have helped so that she is eating a little more, and I am giving her special electrolight fluids with a medicine drop so she is staying hydrated. However her legs are getting slowly worse she now drags one, sometimes both behind her a lot of the time. She doesn't seem to be in any pain she is getting up and about just not walking properly. She goes back to the vet for her recheck day after tomorrow. Do you think her loss of strength in her hind legs is related to the Pneumonia?

Can I use any kind 20W50 motor oil in my motorcycle, even if its not specified as motorcycle oil?

I purchased several bottles of Castrol 20W50 High Mileage Synthetic oil for my motorcycle, and then the next day I saw the section for just motorcycle oils, and was wondering if it really mattered. The manual says to use 20w50 oil w/ detergent, and this Castrol high Mileage stuff meets the criteria, but I guess technically it is a automobile lubricant. Do you think it would cause problems in my bike? It's a 2000 Ural Tourist, 4 stroke, 2 cylinder 650cc and the same oil is used in both the main chassis and gear box.

Harmonic balancer maybe bad or is it worse?

ok so the belts on my car dont turn when the car is started when it is off i can easily move them by hand (97 geo prizm ) thier is no friction so im looking around the bottom pulley is wobbly i am assumeing that this is the crank shaft pulley/harmonic balancer so here is what im wondering do i just need a ned harmonic balancer or is the problem worse car starts just fine but the belts dont turn causing the car to overheat and the battery to die can any one give my some info on these parts or maybe what all is wrong a video would be awsome
