Access to dharamsala?

There are two ways you can from New Delhi to Dharamsala. You can catch a bus up to Chandigarh. And from there you would get a another bus. Or you can go all the way to Simla and from there get a bus. It's a long journey and I would suggest you to take the route from Simla. Chandigarh is a small city and being a tourist you'd be much better in a place like Simla than Chandigarh. The buses are the state owned buses. They are dirty and at times can get a bit too crammy but they are fairly reasonable and serve the purpose. Enjoy.
