Is this a good weight loss program?

So Im a 17 year old male I weight around 11st which is 154lbs. I'm not really fat or anything I'm just wobbly and have fat in area's I don't want. I know you can't target specific area's of the body for fat loss but I have small muffin tops and a little belly and I really want rid of them. So here's my weight loss regime: Jogging for 25 minutes 3 times a week, Cycling for an hour 3 times a week. 100 reps with 10lbs weights 6 days a week. 150 star jumps 6 days a week. 30 crunches 6 days a week and 20 push ups 6 days a week. Obviously as I hopefully get stronger and fitter I'l be able to increase everything, Also I plan only to eat around 1500 calories,does this sound good to you?
