My tooth is wobbly I can't pull it out i keep twisting it and it still won't come out help?

Well, I've had this baby tooth for a long time, it finally became wobbly. But now I can't seem to pull it out, I keep twisting and twisting it, and I don't want it to hurt when I pull it.
