What are requirements for sponsored us tourist visa?

I do not believe that there is any such thing. A tourist visa applicant has to show that they can support themselves in the US for the duration of their stay and that they have sufficient ties to their home country such that they will not stay illegally in the US. Having someone provide the means of support in the US is OK and can be shown by a letter, I guess, but this is not really a sponsored tourist visa.
