Am i pregant? really confused?

Mk. I am currently almost 20 weeks pregnant and i would like to help you. First off yes those are signs of pregnancy but almost EVERYTHING is a sign of pregnancy. before i conceived, both the months before i swore i was pregnant.. i had "every symptom in the book" and i just got off bc. but i wasn't. then after i actually conceived i swore i wasn't preg and my husband just knew i was so i took a home pg test and it was pos. needless to say there is NOO way to know with out taking a test it is well worth the money you can even go to the dollar store they are 1 dollar they work just as good idc what anyone says i took one.
